Since a child, the iconic figure of Matterhorn haunted me, it was a fairy tale like peak which you could find nearly everywhere from product wrap papers up to Hollywood production companies. With the years and when I started falling in love with Nature, I came to realize not only how majestic that peak was but also the history that echoes on the harsh slopes of it, Europe collides with Africa in one of the most breathtaking peaks of the world!
My visit to the area of Zermatt was short but having a great group of friends was a blessing!
