One of my beloved areas in Iceland are the highlands. They travel you back to a time when Iceland was still being born out of ash and lava.
Landmannalaugar or locally known as "People's Pools" is a place located in Iceland's southern Highlands and its of unique beauty, one cannot describe the beauty of the rhyolite mountains, that create a full spectrum of dazzling color.
